The book I am currently reading is called Genius Wars by Catherine Jinks. This book is the third of a trilogy. The main character Cadel is a computer hacker. His father left him when he was young and his mother died. The book is about how he is trying to put his enemy Prosper English, (who thinks he’s Cadel’s father), in jail. His journey and dangers are a little bit different that most adventure books because most of the action goes on in his computer.

Cadel’s best friend is called Sonya. Sonya has Cerebral Palsy and her wheelchair is hacked by Prosper English. Prosper English makes Sonya’s wheelchair fall down the stairs which is a bigger deal than it sounds like being that Sonya’s wheelchair enables her to talk and without it she can’t communicate.

Cadel’s problems are not at all like most kids his age. Cadel is fifteen and is already attending college. Cadel is trying to fit in without standing out because he can’t let Prosper find him. Cadel is also worried about what is going to happen to his friends, being that two of his best friends have already been attacked.
