The Help Kate Korslund
The Help was a really good book! I saw the movie before I read the book, and the movie missed lots of important details. It's about a white woman who writes a book about what it's like to be a black maid in Mississippi. She interviews many maids and gets it published. Many of the moments the maids have gone through are really funny, but they're sad, too. The white woman, Skeeter, interviews many of her friends' maids, and in order for no one to know it's Jackson, Mississippi, they use fake names for everyone. The book gets published, but there's lots of stress to get in done in time, and they want it printed after Martin Luther King made his speeches. If you've just seen the movie, I suggest you read the book, because the movie missed some small details, but it made the book better!

Oh my goodness! Wasn't it so good! I just absolutely loved it. I haven't seen the movie and from what your saying about how the movie missed important details I can't wait to see the movie and see what they left out! Thanks for sharing your point of view!
